After the hurly-burly of summer, autumn strolls in, the philosophical season, as Tony Hoagland called it, mists and pleasant afternoons and thoughtfulness.
In the clear light, there are spaces in the air and birds fly between the branches. Spaces appear in the mind too. If you are criticizing yourself or justifying yourself, the burden can turn itself inside out. It’s alright, nothing is wrong, nothing has ever been wrong.
Watching the pelicans is the important thing, doing nothing they catch their fish.

*Please Note: Those registering for a campsite or either the single or double cabin options will require a short, somewhat steep, walk to the zendo, dining hall, and bathrooms. Camping gear is not provided.
