And what about being happy when you are unhappy? We’ve all met that, experienced that, been that child feeling the difficulty of the world as a more intense life. There are many attempts to deconstruct unhappiness, such as “Do you really believe that thought?”
Mostly, though it’s nice to shed what is difficult, it’s nice not to bother with certainty; there are no obstacles to just letting the afternoon embrace you.
It’s nice to dance through life in a transparent way.
Happiness can be a good, plain thing in which your heart swells and you find no fault with the world or anyone in it.
