SUNDAY ZEN: Refuge Changes You – with John Tarrant & Tess Beasley

Sunday Zen in the PZI Online Temple
with John Tarrant & Tess Beasley
July 23rd at 10:30 AM Pacific Time
When we take refuge, we depend on uncertainty and emptiness and the general unreliability of the universe. This is called setting the world at peace.
It is, of course, a wild strange thing, but it also gives us a path to walk, and that is wonderful. It’s a path for us and also to be passed down to others. Refuge is based on contributing to the world, helping beings of all kinds. Taking refuge is something to consider that might utterly change your life.
In the coming months, we’ll be doing some courses on refuge followed by a Refuge Ceremony in October.
Join us for the beginning on Sunday,
—John Tarrant & Tess Beasley
Waking up is something we do together, in the online temple on Sunday.
We love it when you join us.
Meditation is not a task with a known goal. It’s something you can’t do wrong, a chance for the things of this world to come towards you and to meet you, for doors to open by themselves, and for us to see where the ancient paths lead.
—John Tarrant, Tess Beasley, and all of us at PZI
Dana and donations are gratefully accepted.
