DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\n\nJoin us for a special series of meditation and poetry\nwith Allison Atwill\, Tess Beasley\,\nJesse Cardin\, & Michelle Riddle \nFour Tuesdays \nSeptember 6\, 13\, & 20 ~ 8:00–9:00 pm Pacific Time\n& September 27 ~ 9:00–10:00 pm Eastern Time\nin the PZI Online Temple \n\nBirds were few\,\n\nand waters distant:\nthe voice of the cicada. \n—Buson \n\nAs late summer sun burnishes the edge of autumn\, we might hear the sounds of a harvest in the vineyard at night\, or the song of a golden-crowned sparrow arriving\, from a four-thousand-mile migration north\, at its very same perch in the garden. \nSeptember is a time of turning and return\, the harvest moon and the autumnal equinox\, a deep and beautiful occasion to sit together in candlelit meditation. \nCome join us for our Sounds of September on Tuesday evenings\, as a cricket chorus plays\, and we hear the rustling of sycamores under silent stars. \nMeditation is a way of listening to the night\, to the ancients\, and to our own golden life singing. \n—Allison\, Tess\, Jesse\, & Michelle \n\n\n\n \nYou are invited to join us for an hour of candlelight meditation. Turn off all your electric lights\, light candles and enter the temple of the place in which you now reside.
