The storehouse of treasures opens by itself, you can take them and use them any way you wish. —Zen koan

Zen koans are little stories that are gateways to intimacy with your own life. They bring warmth, humor, and a surprising creativity to the spiritual path.

In this workshop, we will dive into the great questions of who we are and why we are here. You will learn meditations that will follow you around like a good dog or a friend. These meditations will always be there when you need them. There will be teaching sessions, sitting meditation, exercises in embodiment, walking meditation, poetry, conversation, and writing. Through these activities and practices, people will make discoveries and their lives will open up.

No previous knowledge of Zen or even meditation is required.
