Oakland Monday night programs go from 6:50pm to 9:00pm.

The schedule usually goes like this:
1st Monday - a talk by David Weinstein
2nd Monday - WITR* with David Weinstein
3rd Monday - community koan, see schedule - or just show up!
4th Monday - community night
5th Monday - see schedule

Please consult the Weekly Schedule for specific program details.

*WITR means Work In The Room - private time to work on your own personal practice with the teacher.

All Oakland Monday night programs include some meditation.

Everyone is welcome.

Meditation instruction is available by prior arrangement by phone or in person on a Monday night.
